These services may include, but are not restricted to; managing the Mysterious Holidays service; allowing communication between customers, Suppliers (ie. a third party supplier of goods and/or services who has agreed to provide services to the Customer by arrangement of the Company) and Mysterious Holidays; processing and issuing notification of transactions; circulating our newsletter; special offers; issuing reminders and suggestions.

Your contact details will be made available to Suppliers from whom you select outings. Suppliers are bound by data protection legislation, and are contractually bound my Mysterious Holidays Terms and Conditions to use this data exclusively for the purpose of performing their Mysterious Holidays service obligations.

Personal information collected will never be disclosed to any third party unconnected with the Mysterious Holidays services without prior consent being obtained from the user concerned.
